are not a party to transactions between users unless explicitly stated.

Listings
Users are responsible for ensuring that all horse

reject, suspend, or remove any listing that violates these Terms or applicable

Buying & Selling
Buyers and sellers are responsible for completing
transactions honestly and in accordance with applicable laws. EirthStable does
not guarantee the condition, health, pedigree, ownership, or quality of any
horse listed on the platform.
6.
Auctions & Bidding
Users participating in auctions agree to submit
genuine bids. Once accepted under the auction rules, bids may be considered
binding. Sellers reserve the right to accept or reject offers where permitted
by applicable law and platform rules.
7.
Payments
Where applicable, users agree to pay all fees
associated with purchases or platform services. Payment terms, commissions, and
service charges will be displayed before confirmation.

Prohibited Activities
Users must not:

sellers, inaccuracies in listings, or any direct or indirect losses arising
from the use of the platform.
